This is the NEC Research Institute's ResearchIndex page, which is a scientific literature digital library where you can find papers and technical reports on almost any Computer Science related topic. The great thing about this site is that its free (unlike the IEEE or ACM digital libraries).

IEEExplore

iThis is the IEEExplore site, which allows you to search for technical papers in the IEEE's vast collection of technical journals and conference proceedings. Searching is free, but paper access requires membership.

IEEE Computer Society Digital Library

This is the IEEE Computer Society's Digital Library, which contains lots of technical papers on Computer Science or Engineering related topics. Requires membership.

ACM Digital Library

iThis is the ACM's Digital Library, which is similar to the IEEE Computer Society's Digital Library. Requires membership.
