Since you have to be logged in to view most nicovideo.jp videos, but you don't have to be logged in to see the embedded versions, I've made this page. Simply add '?video=sm...' to the page URL to get a link to a particular video.
Note that this requires Javascript (and Flash), and you seem to have Javascript disabled.
