Introduction to Computer Science I
This course introduces the fundamental concepts of computer science and programming. It emphasizes algorithm design, computational thinking, problem decomposition, control structures, variables and types, linear collections, functions, debugging, and testing. The course uses Java and places particular emphasis on developing practical programming skills and sound problem-solving techniques.
