A block of rooms (Signature Suites) has been reserved at the Business Inn, located in downtown Ottawa.
The reduced rate is $113.00 + tax (single or double) per night. A continental breakfast is included in this cost.
To reserve a room at this rate, you must book by July 15. You can

• call 1-800-363-1777 or 1(613) 232-1121. You need to mention that you are booking with the Carleton University Math and Statistics Department.

• go to the online reservation page and select the Signature Suite. On the reservation page, there is also a Comment/Request box. Please insert the following text into this box to make sure that you receive the discounted rate upon your arrival: I wish to reserve this room as a part of the Carleton University Math and Statistics Department. Please provide me with the Government Rate as per the conference contract.
  Please note that the discounted rate will be applied to your reservation after your arrival.

A block of rooms (2 bedroom suites) has been reserved on campus. Each suite is composed of two bedrooms plus a common area and bathroom. The rates are:

• Single: One person in one bedroom. Each participant has own bedroom and shares the common area and bathroom. The cost is $59.50 + tax per night. This rate includes all-you-can-eat breakfast. Registration is available online.
• Double: Two people sharing one bedroom. The cost is $85.00 + tax per room per night. This rate includes all-you-can-eat breakfast. Registration is available online.

Notice that there could be up to 4 people sharing the suite in the instance where there are 2 couples sharing the suite.
