GI 2011 will be held in St. John's, at Memorial University of Newfoundland. Its dates will be May 25-27; the paper submission deadline is December 18, 2010.

Program Schedule

We are pleased to announce the schedule for the conference, which includes a list of all accepted papers and session chairs.


Authors of accepted GI papers should see the detailed preparation guidelines for instructions on submission of the final version of their paper. Final submissions are due March 12, 5PM PST.

Graphics Interface 2010 will take place in Ottawa, Ontario from May 31 to June 2. GI 2010 will be the 36th Graphics Interface conference; it is the oldest continuously-scheduled conference in the field. GI consistently attracts high-quality papers on recent advances in interactive systems, human computer interaction, and graphics, from around the world.

All paper submissions are fully peer reviewed by two members of the program committee and two external reviewers. Accepted papers will be archived in the ACM Digital Library.

Graphics Interface 2010 will have joint sessions for the graphics and HCI tracks. Topics of interest at GI include (but are not restricted to):

GI 2010 is held in conjunction with the Computer and Robot Vision 2010 (CRV), and the Artificial Intelligence 2010 conferences. Registration will permit attendees to attend any talk in the three conferences (GI, AI, CRV), which will be scheduled in parallel tracks. The conference will also include a banquet and a posters/demos session.

  • Author notification: February 23, 2010
  • Final papers due: March 12, 2010
  • Posters and demos submission: April 21, 2010, 5PM PST (tentative)
